The PRIDE BASIC hospital bed is a professional medical bed specifically designed for use in hospital environments with high bacteriological risk.
Built with materials resistant to intensive disinfection protocols, it is ideally suited for acute care wards, isolation units, medical centres and long-term care facilities.
Its robust construction, modular design and electrical articulation ensure patient safety, caregiver ergonomics and long-term durability.

The PRIDE BASIC hospital bed features:
- a welded steel frame with antibacterial epoxy coating,
- an ABS mattress platform with ventilation openings,
- detachable ABS headboards and footboards for easy cleaning and replacement,
- smooth surfaces and reduced joints to limit contamination risks.
All materials are selected to withstand frequent cleaning and hospital-grade disinfectants.
Articulated medical bed for patient comfort and caregiver efficiency
The bed platform is articulated into 4 sections (fixed pelvic section + 3 articulated sections), allowing optimal patient positioning.
Depending on the version, electrical functions include:
- backrest articulation,
- leg section articulation,
- bed elevation (Hi-Lo),
- Trendelenburg and reverse Trendelenburg positioning.
These functions support common clinical positions such as Fowler and cardiac chair, improving patient comfort and clinical workflows.

The PRIDE BASIC range is available in three main versions:
- PRIDE BASIC – fixed height hospital bed
- PRIDE BASIC ELEV – height-adjustable (Hi-Lo) hospital bed
- PRIDE BASIC TREN – height-adjustable bed with Trendelenburg and reverse Trendelenburg

Safe, stable and easy to move
The PRIDE BASIC hospital bed is designed with:
- a stable lifting system with four support points (ELEV and TREN versions),
- 125 mm medical castors with brakes,
- corner protection bumpers,
- compatibility with patient hoists and other medical devices.
The electrical system uses independent motors to reduce downtime and maintenance costs while ensuring electromagnetic compatibility with medical equipment.
Customisable hospital bed with accessories
The structure is prepared to accommodate a wide range of medical accessories, including side rails, IV poles, urine bag holders, oxygen bottle holders, monitor stands and more.
Custom manufacturing by measure is also available to meet specific project or facility requirements.
